Eco Coffin - Teak Veneer
Our cardboard coffin
Our Eco Coffin is untreated, with no veneer, gloss or plastic handles. Using less resources in cremation, and returning to the earth quicker in burial, this is a truly greener way.
You can paint, sign, leave messages, graffiti and glue items to this coffin.
As standard currently, we offer two types of this coffin.
Our standard Eco Coffin is plain sided with no handles and our traditional Eco Coffin comes with natural rope handles, a respectable calico interior and bio plastic lining.

Something in Wool
Made using 100% British wool that is expertly woven in Yorkshire UK. This unique coffin is hand constructed on premises that have produced woollen cloth for over 230 years.
The woollen outer layer is carefully hand fitted around a strong 100% recycled cardboard frame, which is reinforced for rigidity and stability, and then carefully lined with a soft woollen wadding for a mattress base.
Each coffin interior is generously lined with organic cotton, attractively edged with jute and completed with a soft organic cotton covered pillow, while the exterior is finished with a beautiful blanket stitch detail, jute handles and simple wooden toggle fastenings.
